International Day and Food Festival

Food_Fest_Logo_250Immaculate Conception Catholic School is excited to announce two great internationally themed events planned for the coming months:  International Day on March 26th and  A Taste Around the World food festival on May 4th.

International Day – March 26th

Students will get into the international spirit on International Day, being held at the school on March 26th, from 9 am – 11:30 am in the hall.  Parents are welcome to join the students on their “journey” around the world.  Please click here to see a flyer with all the details.

A Taste Around the World Food Festival – May 4th

Don’t miss the school’s first ever A Taste Around the World food festival, which is free to attend and open to the public.  The event will be held at the school on May 4th from 11 am – 3 pm.  Spread the word and order your Passport Books for the food and drinks (see below)!  Your family and friends will not want to miss the great food, drinks, entertainment, prizes, and fun!

Passport Book…your passport to great food and drink.  Click here to view and print out the Passport Book Order Form.

Event sponsorship.  The event is a great, cost effective way for businesses to reach a wide audience of between 1,000 to 3,000 people.  Click here to view and print out details on how to be a sponsor…spread the word to your favorite vendors and businesses!

Booth vendors welcome. We have limited space for vendors to have booths at our food festival. Booths cost $100 for the day. Vendors must have non-food and non-drinks items at the booth (we reserve the right to pre-approve materials to be distributed).

Do you know a group of cultural dancers? We would like to feature cultural performances from different countries as part of its entertainment. If you know a group that can perform, please email: prinduarte@yahoo.com or call (626) 353-5969. Deadline of entry: April 14th.
