Hello Immaculate Conception Families,
It was so nice to see first and second grade students at the family mass today in their uniforms. For those students who went to today’s family mass in uniform and checked in with me will be able to have FREE DRESS tomorrow.
Wednesday, September 21 is Picture day. You can order your child’s photo on-line at mylifetouch.com or you can fill out the Life Touch envelop with a enclosed payment and send back to school on/before Wednesday. For school pictures please have your child dressed in mass uniform.
Important Classroom Information:
Tomorrow, the children will have a unit 3 spelling quiz. Homework packets are also due (tomorrow) on Monday morning. This Friday, September 23 there will be NO spelling QUIZ. However, homework packet will be due this Friday.
Next Friday, September 30 first and second grade will have a spelling TEST on units #1, 2 and 3.
After every third spelling quiz the following week’s Friday there will be a test on the last three quizzes. This is too assure that the children have learned their spelling words and not memorized them.
